In praise of Krakow.

Krakow Cathedral - Wawel Hill

I recently finished writing a very serious work and, as a treat for myself, took myself off to Krakow for a few days. If you ever have the chance to go there, DO. Krakow must surely be one of the most beautiful cities in the world, yeah, right up there with the big names like Rome and Paris. Around every street corner there is something new (very old really) to make you go "Ahhhhh" and "oooooh" and to reach for your camera. On top of that, the city is so bursting full of history, that just to be there is an education. Not to be missed.

Hello!

I'd be most interested to get permission to use this photograph in an upcoming issue of a Catholic women's magazine (not for profit) called "Canticle" (www.canticlemagazine.com) in connection with an article on a new translation of Pope John Paul II's Theology of the Body. Please get in touch so we can discuss, if you are willing. Thanks. Heidi Saxton, Editor (hsaxton@christianword.com).

K. I was extremely late in spotting this, owing to having no internet for half a year, but now that I've seen it, I've replied to your request in private. Thanks for your interest in my photo.
